Join hospitals from across the state for an informal, peer-to-peer sharing series focused on measles preparedness and response.
These sessions are designed to create a space for hospitals to share what they’ve done, what they’ve learned, and what’s working—so others don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Presenters will share practical approaches, lessons learned, and best practices that can help strengthen measles preparedness and response efforts across our hospitals. Come share, learn, and take away ideas you can put to work in your own organization!
Depending on presenter availability, session topics may include:
- Screening practices and risk mitigation
- Community partnerships and outreach
- Establishing a measles response task force with key lessons learned
- In-house measles testing and response
OBJECTIVES
- Describe practical approaches hospitals are using to prepare for and respond to measles cases.
- Identify lessons learned and best practices from peer hospitals that may inform their own measles preparedness and response efforts.
- Recognize opportunities to strengthen hospital measles preparedness and response through shared experiences and collaboration with other hospitals.
